I have lived here for almost 6 months now. The apartment complex is in a safe location. Apartments are clean, and I have not seen any "poor" people around the premises. I was concerned since Las Brisas is next door, but it is really no problem since there is a fence between the properties.
Expect water problems about once a month. A pipe will bust, and you will have no water for a couple hours. They are very prompt about fixing it. There are some foundation problems in the apartment balconies. The floors are somewhat uneven as well.
In summary...CLEAN APARTMENTS, NO "POOR" PEOPLE, and WATER PROBLEMS.
