Even after the recent change in management, I still had a horrible experience and I didn't even move in... because they gave my apartment to someone else when they knew my money was in the mail. Becca, the manager, specifically told me about an apartment and I told her I would submit an application for it, which I did. I emailed asking them to let me know that they received it before I sent the application/administration fees, and I got no response. I called and they had my application sitting on the desk so I mailed the check and got a call saying that they'd leased the apartment.

It is policy at any Apartment Community that you can NOT lease or hold a unit until money is in the bank under your name. Lots of people send in applications, but never pay or change their minds.
