This is a good place for college students looking for a cheap place to live. There is a beautiful walkway in the center of the complex but during the 6 months I lived there I don't believe I ever saw it properly lit. There is usually only one parking spot per apartment, but it is covered. I had problems with plumbing 3 times while there, but maintenance was quick to take care of it. The management could be a little bit more friendly and informative, but for $442/month, I guess that what you could expect.
