Have lived here since May of 2001 and have had a very positive experience. Management is very attentive and knows you by name. Had only minor typical maintainence problems that were resolved promptly. Very good parking situation. We almost always had two close covered parking spots. At one time we had a very noisy neighber and management quickly "relieved" us of this problem. There is some construction going on right now, but noise is not a problem. They are completely updating the exterior of the buildings. The interior of our apartment is in great shape. Apartment are very big and open and rent is reasonable. I would highly recommend living here and we are sad to be moving out of the area and have to leave.
