My husband and I have lived at Parkridge Place for the last 3 years. My experiences have all been great! I do believe that this is the nicest apartment community in Abilene. I live in a townhome and it is very spacious with lots of storage. The bedrooms and the closets are large. Both bedrooms have bathrooms and there is a half bath downstairs. This place would be perfect for roommates as the rooms are both spacious with private baths. There is a storage room on the patio. The closet in the upstairs hallway and the storage closet downstairs under the stairs were very helpful. Each unit comes with 1 assigned covered parking space, but parking is never an issue. There is always a second covered space available right in front of my unit. Because the complex is small and intimate, it is very easy to be on a first-name basis with neighbors and management. Mona and Allysa, the management, have been great! They are always helpful, flexible and courteous. The maintenance staff is first-class. Jed responds very promptly to all requests for service. I would highly recommend this place to all!
