I could not be more happy with living at Parkridge Place! The rent is AMAZING first of all, and ALL of the staff have been so welcoming and kind to me. I have lived here for almost 2 years and really don't have any huge complaints! The maintenance staff is wonderful and very prompt and Alyssa in the office is so professional and organized. I really like the layout of the apartment and the fact that they are small makes it easier for the staff to give more attention to your "questions and comments." The only complaint that I have is that I have had 2 counts of vandalism on my car. Once, the window was knocked out and the other time, my tire was slashed. However, no one else has reported any such incidents that I know of. I feel safe living here and I am a single young girl. I think it is well lit at night, and the noise level is the quietest I have ever heard of. The pool is always clean when I go and they have the lawn services about twice a month which keeps the grounds nice and clean. There is a wide range of people living here (military, young families, elderly, college kids) and I appreciate the diversity and how everyone gets along.
I didn't realized how blessed I was until I started looking for houses/apartments in Midland/Odessa where I will be moving to. I do not think I will ever have another great experience quit like the one I have had at Parkridge Place and I have recommended these apartments to several of my friends.

I am not quite sure if you are living in the same Parkridge Place that I live in. While yes, the staff is friendly, that is about the only thing in your review that I agree with. I have lived here since August and have had 3 break-ins to my house. I have spoken to my neighbor and her boyfriends tires were slashed. She also had jewelry stolen from her house. One night I was awakened by the police banging on my door informing me that my truck was one of many broken into during the night. The grounds here are not beautiful. The only ones that are well-kept are the ones facing the street. My yard consists of mud or dirt (depending on whether or not it has rained) and there are no less than 5 pallets of plastic squares that have been sitting in the same spot since I moved in. There is constantly dirt and mud on the sidewalks and parking spots. My electric bill is, on average, 200/month and that is without running the AC/Heat. When I use climate control my bill is 300 . This is all due to single-pane windows, no sealant around doors/windows, and old appliances and AC/Heating units. I look at my power meter (with absolutely nothing on in the house) and it is spinning so fast I can barely see the numbers. Other times, I will have the AC running along with my big-screen TV and the meter will be crawling. The mainenance crew, while friendly, is somewhat inept. It took over a month for them to get to installing my new bathroom door (which was supposed to be installed the day I moved in) and when they finally did get around to it, it took all day to install it - a simple wooden swinging door that would have taken me less than an hour to install myself. I have not enjoyed my stay here and am out on the first call from the base saying my house is ready to move into!
