We moved out of Parkridge Place a few months ago...overall it was a nice experience, but things had begun going downhill in the last six months. Very little concern for maintaining the grounds and horrible response time on maintenance calls were two symptoms. In our last month, the maintenance crew failed to check up on a leak we reported until it had caused serious damage to our apartment (which we were charged for when it came time to get our deposit back). The office staff is friendly and will work with you, but do not argue with them. Unfortunately, this is still one of the best apartment complexes in Abilene, so choose your poison.
