I decided to move into Parkridge while I attended college and for the 2 years I lived there, it was horrible. I lived in a townhome style apartment and it was terrible energy-wise. We hardly ever used the downstairs A/C because it wouldn't even cool the downstairs portion and it ran constantly even if it was on 80 degrees. The carpet was terrible and supposedly cost $350 to clean after I moved out. It probably needed to be replaced because it was so poorly made that if you walked back and forth to the kitchen it was permanently matted. I felt like each month paying to live there was a joke since the whole place was in such terrible conditions. It does have free water and covered parking though!
