This place is not half bad at all. Not Ghetto, a little ways from what some might call ghetto, but not ghetto. I feel safe knowing that 80% of my neighboors are in the military, on top of it all. The only thing I would complain about it the electric bill, since everything is electric, otherwise the place is good. It's in a decent area, I am living here and planning to renew my lease. Walking distance from All-sups, Wal-mart, and very close to mall and other stores. Friendly staff, though the bug-men and maintenance have keys to the apartments, I have left large sums of money out in plain view and most I've found is a card with the company's name. Definitely a penny saver.
