The first townhouse we got here, the downstairs ceiling caved in on all of our stuff. The bathroom drain was not in correctly and I was told "hope you have renters insurance!" We moved ourselves into another townhouse and the sheetrock is peeling off the walls exposing rusty nails. The carpet is not cut straight and you can tell by the crooked light switches that the gov't took the lowest bid. The rent is outrageous. We were told as NCO's we could not have an apartment but they moved A1C's in right next door. I can hear my neighbors being intimate. Thank god we are leaving!
