the roof caving in story is true. I moved into that apartment after they fixed it back up. i have personally spoken with the people that lived there before. I have heard stories about them charging people for new carpet throughout the entire place and then not replacing the carpet. i guess the money is pocketed. Th carpet is the cheapest stuff you can get anyhow. i have lived in the place for about a year. the only problem i have encountered is a mouse infestation, that quail hollow did nothing about.
