Where to begin. First, no insulation so you can hear everything your neighbors do. Second, there was no sealant between my smoker neightobrs and us, so their cigarette smell came into our house extremely strong. When they came to seal my stairs, the put the carpet back in upside-down so there were gaps between the carpet and the walls. There we cracks in the ceiling and walls and they're only 2 years old. They rip you off on the rent and cable. You can get a much better place for as much bah as you give them. The houses aren't insulated to your electric bill is outrageous. I lived in a town house and my AC/heat only worked upstairs, not down (freezing in winter and hot as heck in summer downstairs), and it took them 6 months to figure out that the heating system was put together wrong and they'd have to rip a hole in my living room ceiling and rebuild the whole thing! The rooms downstairs aren't big enough, but there was a lot of storage. I did like all the playgrounds around, and a security guy living on the premisis. Ty the maintenance guy is great, but the office staff could use a little help in the personal relations area. They will be nice and sweet then say things behind your back like how messy military people are or how military people don't like to pay their bills. The pool were really dirty, and when you move out they come and black light your carpet if you have pets, and if there is even one stain on there (pet stain) they charge you over a thousand dollars to replace it, but then don't replace the carpet. Also, when friends of mine had been moved into a three bedroom during a pregnancy, and then had a stillborn child, they tried to make them move back into a two bedroom. That place was so bad I had nightmares before we moved out. I would never ever ever recommend that place to anyone ever.
