This place is for you if you enjoy your rent increased $100-$150 every year. When your BAH (military housing allowance) increases, so does your rent. The carpet is cheap and requires frequent cleaning. When I moved from an apartment to a townhouse, I left my old carpet in MINT condition and when I moved into a townhouse, the carpet there was so nasty, your socks would become black within minutes. Not a good thing for a family with infant children who play on the floor. They had the carpet cleaners come back twice but the stains returned 2 days later. The spiders are plentiful in all the closets and bathrooms even when you clean them weekly. I think the pest control they hired sprays insect food instead of repellent. One of the office staff employees is extremely rude and loves to hand out late fees like candy to young children on Halloween. The dumpsters for garbage are few and far between and sometimes not there at all or overflowing. If they see cigarette butts outside your apt. they will leave a nasty warning note followed by a $25 fine even when you contact them and report that they do not belong to you. The walls are paper thin and I could say goodnight to my neighbor next door from my bedroom without raising my voice. The pools are nice and it is within good driving distance to the base.
Consider all options before choosing this place.

Right on the money , worst mistake i ever made was moving in this place, cant wait to get OUT!!!
