We lived in Quail Hollow for 2 years. They built them so fast and with such crappy materials, that they fell apart. Where they put nails in in the dry wall, fell out. The walls were paper thin, so you heard everything your neighbors did. They over charge for rent! I pay now over $100 less a month for a 3 bedroom HOUSE than I did for their 2 bedroom apartment! And they charge you for stupid things, like carpet! That should be normal wear and tear, what do they expect' Us not to walk on it'! Quail's staff is more than rude, they're jerks, and frankly, the apartments aren't worth it. DO NOT move in there.
