I lived in these apartments for 2 years, there only concern is how much money they can extract from you. Management is unreasonable. If you need to move out for other than PCS, example buying a house, if you don't time you move just right you will pay for every month left on your lease. Plus you can count on paying up to $1000. for carpet. Plus $100. for cleaning no matter how much you clean. I have lived in alot of apartments in my life and never ran into a management this bad there are plenty of better apartment complexes to live in and the management will work with you when it comes time to move out. I have never paid for cleaning or carpet before and always got most of my deposit back along with letters of recomendation from the places I lived. This place sucks and the Hunt corperation should be ashamed of how they rip off the military personel especially now when most are deployed 7-8 months out of the year.

you are spot on. I couldn't have said it better. Exactly true about every thing. Except i had to pay 1400 for my carpet. I advise no pets if you don't want to pay.

Guess what...I have never seen a rental property that did not make you pay for every month the apartment is vacant until your lease is renewed. I know of several people who had no problems when they moved out with cleaning.
