I moved in when the apartments were not finished and I was here for 2 1/2 years. When we moved in the rent was very cheap it was around 460 then it went to around 560 and now it is around 680. They built this apartment complex so fast. So many problems they where always at my house fixing something. The people in the office where very rude never had anything nice to say. I had a baby and it was so far to walk to the dumpsters so I put my trash outside my door so my husband could take it out. 20 minutes after doing that I would have a notice on my door. I would call up to the office and tell them what was going on and they would tell me that if I could not take out the trash then I would have to keep it in my house till I could. I sorry but anyone with a baby will tell you to get over it because the diapers stick. You could not leave anything on the porch and they would come in to your storiage and your house with out letting you know and if they found something in your storiage they would leave you a note telling to do something with it. Lets just say when you talk to housing on base they don't have anything nice to say about Quail Hollow. I heard that they might get new managment or cancel the contract with them because everything is so bad. DO NOT MOVE IN
