It has been nothing but one bad experience after another since I moved into Quail Hollow 8 months ago. Honestly, I would do anything to get out of my lease right now. Not only do they charge a SIGNIFICANT amount more than in would cost me to rent a larger house with a backyard, but the management is rude and impersonable. I would not reccomend this place to anyone. There are gaps in all the doors, causing electric bills to be a significant amount higher. There is little insulation, so if you like hearing everything your neighbors are doing, then this is the place for you. While at the beginning they will tell you your rent will only change a slight bit when the next years water average comes in, do not believe it, ours went up approximately $20 this year, mostly because of Quail Hollow's waste of water with broken sprinklers and watering the street. Not only that, but it is customary for their staff to come into apartments when residents aren't home. And although there is VERY little storage they will still complain if you have children's toys or anything but patio furniture on your patio or balcony. It is the WORST place I have ever lived and strongly suggest you steer clear.
