We moved into the apartment when they were first built in July of 02 after being told it was new military housing. I regreted moving into the complex after all the problems we had not only with our neighbor's but the staff of the complex. They do not care about anything other than getting money from you. We complained several times as one of our neighbors took the liberty of parking in front of cars blocking them in because they were parked in "his spot" even though there were not assigned spot's when we had moved in. The time frame it would take them to come out and fix something was outrageous it took them 6 months to come out and fix the latch on the pantry door and they came out 6 times to fix the doors on the laundry "closet". I doubt there maintenance men knew anymore about fixing anything because they could not properly fix something without coming out 8 times after. My biggest complaint was that this is the ONLY complex that collects rent a month behind you pay for your rent in January and you are paying rent for the month of December this is beyond retarded. I have never in my life met such stuck up rude people who run a complex move somewhere else before thinking about here. There are so many nicer apartment complex's that offer nicer floor plans for a lot less hassle and have a lot more complex features and have walls that are so thin you can almost see through them. Also wanted to add we had to keep our dead bolt on at all times because they like to come into your home at random times without knocking.
