Where do I start!! Although they may appear nice and neat on the inside and out which they are pretty nice looking inside and fairly spacious, but the maintenance is awful! It takes them so long to get out to you to repair anything! We have had more trouble with our AC bills being extremely high, our fridge is terrible, it freezes the stuff in the fridge part or its not cold enough! It was replaced twice! We have ants, a weird smell coming from our bedrooms that comes and goes ( let me tell you we are very clean people so its not us!)Not only that but upon moving out some of the tennets ridiculous responsibilities are to strip and wax all the tile floors!! I have never been in a rental home where we have had to do that!! The managment never seems to get anything done. Our neighbors refuse to abide by the rules about pets (picking up after them and mostly keeping them on a leash!!!) My dog has almost been attacked several times and when I call the managment they did nothing so it leaves us to deal with the neighbors. If you live downstairs as we do, the upstairs walls seem paper thin and our neighbors above are loud!! We have had occaisons where people park in our undercover space or park next to the dumpsters so we can't get out! I have even found dead mice in my storage unit here!! The grounds are not that well kept, and when they sprayed for weeds they failed to realize that we have to walk our dogs on this toxic stuff! Speaking of toxic, and I know this stuff is supposed to be pet friendly, but the pest control people who spray are so sloppy!! I had them come spray and they covered my entire pantry full of food and cookware that I had to clean afterwards, that took me two days! I had cases where they got the mainteance crew got the wrong apt building that they were supposed to spray and they without asking permission, started to come into my house with me in the shower and my dog not put up so he could have run off!! Luckily they backed off when they saw my dog was about to run out, but privacy please! That kind of misunderstanding happens alot! Overall I would not recommed this place. The rent in WAY to HIGH for the conditions we live in and they way we are treated. This year has been on thing after another and I cannot wait to move out. Everyone we talk to that lives here can't wait to move out either! Don't waste your money!!

We had the same problems while living there as well nothing spectacular about the place. I refused to let the pest people in as the only time we had a pest problem was AFTER they had come in to spray. We complained several times to the "managers" if you would want to call them that about our neighbors around us leaving there back gate open for there pets so they could crap all over the grass area behind the houses and wouldn't clean it up as well as they were not on leashes so they wandered around and almost attacked small children playing in there lil tot playgrounds. There maintenance staff was pathetic also we stopped putting in maint request's because wed wait for a month for them to come out to fix something and they wouldnt even fix stuff right they had to keep coming back because they couldnt do it right the first time. The whole complex is cheaply made you could hear people thrashing around up and down the stairs in the town houses. Also they are the ONLY place I have ever lived who make you pay a month behind for rent you pay rent in May you are actually paying for the month of April which means you have to save up a month of rent for when you move out. Not to mention they are insane about how clean the place has to be when you move out there maint people are supposed to come in and re paint and they think that doesnt make a mess that they should have to clean before the next person moves in they are just grose I can't believe the Dyess AFB Military Housing office refers people to this DUMP!

i don't live in the housing but the apartments are just as bad. they come into my apartment when no one is home, which i dont trust those people, i dont know them. the people that lived in the apartment before me cracked one of the doors and they charged the people before to replace the door but all they did was patch it and they did a very bad job at it and i have a feeling that they are going to try to charge us for the crack. if i would have know it was this bad before i moved in i would have backed out of it. i cant believe that the air force would want us to live at this place its the worst i've ever been to. i just cant wait to get of there and i wont recommend it to no one.
