I am a TSgt and I am writting to save someone else all the trouble I am haveing with this apartment complex it is like liveing in the getto with out the gun fire I have never lived anywhere that is so nasty there is dog crap everywhere and no one cleanes up after there pets the house are so cheaply made that you can hear everything that goes on next door and the office help are rude and dont care what happens. Save your self the trouble dont move in......... look else where

I disagree about the office staff. They do try to resolve any issue that is brought up to them. the problem is, is that issues are not brought to their attention. People complain about problems but not to the people who should know about it and can fix it. The electric bill at this complex are comprable to other units the same size. The price of electricity is going up and we are going to have to deal with it.
