My spouse and I live here for four years. While we were lucky in getting courteous and friendly neighbors, most of the tenants aren't so lucky. The appartments are cheaply made, and your electric bill will reflect that, in the summer especially. They are also bad about taking too much of your houseing allotment for rent. An E-5 will spend almost 80% of their BAH on rent alone. The staff aren't very intelligent, and there are other major issues as well. The maintenance staff had two modes: break down your door like the KGB, or just walk in like it was their place and you were the one imposing, especially if you are a day-time sleeper. I really wouldn't reccomend it unless it is all that you can get.
