I moved into a 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath, townhouse on Clipper Ct. May 2004 to Oct. 2005. My Quail Hollow stay was ok. My neighbors were pretty quiet and clean. They never complained about my company and cook outs. When my washing machine's cord accidently disconnected and flooded upstairs and downstairs, and a bit of the neighbors townhouse, maintenance responded within 30 minutes and vacuumed the water. At the time my daughter was one month and I really appreciated the help. The problem areas were: rent way too high ($721 for E-5), spiders constantly in the apt., and I always seemed to get my neighbors mail. Good things: close to base, assigned parking, safe, good amount of space. I only recommend these apts if one is available in a good area of the complex and if you have the money! My sister stayed in a 2 bdrm, 2 bath on Patriot Dr. (downstaris apt) and it had a lot of problems mentioned by others; broken heater, huge ant problem, noisy and dirty neighbors, stove pilot inop most of the time.
