I enjoyed my time here. My lease is up in July and I'm moving because the rent is to high. I'm a civilian and I live in a 2 bdrm, 2 bath on Patriot and my rent is $666, that's including $15 for cable. There are only three things that drove me crazy during my time here, my neighbors play their music really loud and there bass is louder than my t.v., my upstairs neighbor stomps a lot(it sounds like he is going to fall through my ceiling), and I've had a huge problem with spiders. They are everywhere, one has bitten me, luckily it wasn't poisnous, it just left a small red welt on my leg. I see them so much, sometimes I think I feel them crawling on me. There was a huge brown recluse in my dining room last week. It was the size of a half dollar. If they would do something about the spiders and the price of rent, this apt. complex would be a great place to live, in my opinion anyway. I have never had any problems with the management, they have always been extremely nice to me, some people said they are rude.
