Getting ready to move out

Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006
 
I am getting ready to move out and I am very scared after reading all the reviews on this site. We have not been happy with our year stay there, and have had LOTS of problems. We have pets and I am very afraid of them making us replace the carpets, even though the carpets were NOT new when we moved in. Dont move in here. Its WAY too pricey and NOT worth it.
