i have shopped around at alot of different apartments in Abilene and in my opinion this is the best. Our neighbors are quiet our energy bills are reasonable and the rent is not bad for a 1250 sq ft apt. the office staff is friendly and helpful. Since i am not military i lucked out becasue there was a vacant property for over a month so they rented it to me. My advice if you are not happy with where you are living is to get on the waiting list here and jump on a property as soon as it comes up.
