After living here for sometime I have expierienced that the office staff does not care about the residence. they only care about getting their money (as much of it as they can). I have know several instances 1. Vehicles speeding through the complex almost hitting children (at least 4 times that I have witness myself) and the office is doing nothing to stop this all they say is get the lisence plate and we will give them a citation (oh wow!)Several residense have complained about break in or attempted break-ins and at least one case of a break in with an assault and the office does NOTHING to alert other tenants to be aware. All they do is send THEIR courtesy officer out and she reports back to the office to do nothing about it. Their rent is not raised across the board when it does go up (which is too much) I have had it with this place and their crooked, unsafe, and un careing attituds. DO NOT MOVE HERE EVER!

If we lived in base housing we would have a HOUSE and a yard not a shoe box with what I can only call a litter box trash bin in the front. As for the utilities being fare, what is fare about comparing my (home all day with two children needing light heat etc) usage to that of the two single guys who live above me who are home for about 3 waking hours a day.

So MOVE on base and get your yard...your lease must be up sometime and then you're free to do so.

you cant move on base from Qual hollow they consider it "Adequat housing" because of the contract so you have to move, then get on the year long list, when you wouldn't have to pay utilitys, get a House not some crummy apt. and a yard

Well moving on base is not the issue its the dar complex and the lack of concern for the tentants. I do like that i got a swine flu prevention notice and not a notice of assaults and break ins...What ever I can wait to move to the base thank goodness my husband made rank
