horrible place to live, too pricey, to cheap, they dont take care of things, when you move out they take more money

we did not like living at quail hollow by any means. It's very cheaply built. Looks nice on the outside but, horrible once you actually start living there. They charged us $800 for a 2 bedroom apartment. And, wouldnt let us get a 3 bedroom when we have 2 kids until our daughter turned six. And, then they were going to move us into the tiniest 3 bedroom town house we have ever seen. No room at all. Things were not taken care of when we asked. Our air conditioner did not work alot of the time. Our friends lived there a year longer then us and had just as much problem as us. You can hear everything going on next door. When we moved out they charged us even more money beware they want you to WAX YOUR FLOORS, STEAM CLEAN YOUR CARPETS, REPLACE ALL BLINDS, when i asked if this was all true they said no, then after we moved we got a bill. And, we are clean freaks. We steam cleaned the carpets anyway. They did charge us for not waxing the floors we have the bill, they charged us for the blinds. This is all crap. My friends got charged $800 when they moved out. We got charged $200. They like to rip you off. We bought a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom house with a den a living room and a garage and pay lower payment then we did a quail hollow I am talking about 300 lower people... SERIOUSLY RETHINK IT BEFORE YOU MOVE IN. THEY TRY TO OVERCHARGE YOU SO YOU CAN'T MOVE OUT!!!

SORRY FOR THE BAD NEWS! WE ARE IN THE MILITARY AND THEY SAY THE SUPPORT THE MILITARY... THEY RIP THEM OFF IS WHAT THEY DO. I TAKE INSULT TO THE SIGNS THE HAVE UP EVERYTIME I PASS BY.. IT INFURATES US....

I think I may print all of these out and send them to the parent company- they need to know how much people hate QH and why. But judging from my experience here- they won't care...
