I have never seen so much whining from so many idiots. QH is privatized housing where the rent is tied to BAH. This fact is explained during the incoming brief. Comparing rent here to downtown properties is apples and oranges. As for the bedrooms, you get the same rule on base as QH. Kids have to be a certain age in order to have separate BRs. The "ripoff" at moveout in 99.99% of cases is due to abuse by theresident. I have had to inspect (as a military supervisor, not QH staff) units that have had an engine rebuilt in the living room and a deer in the bathroom. If you had problems with the staff, report it up their chain. If a military member was screwing up, be a goddamn NCO and fix the issue. You all have moved, so shut up and move on.

One thing I can say is it isnt privatize to military only I lived there for two years and the last few sets of people who lived next to us WERE NOT MILITARY. They only give discounts to military. You want a better deal sign up to get back into base housing. The people in the office left our front door WIDE and I do mean WIDE open when we moved and still had stuff inside oh yeah there super come in steal the previous renters stuff. They just walked in any old time they wanted, we lived with the front door dead bolted when we were in our own apt that is just great!

Obviously you've missed the point of this blog!! This is here to warn or recommend people to live in a certain community. If you don't like the responses then be an goddamn NCO and suck it up!!
