I live in Quail Hollow! And yes the whining from so many people, is all ture. Quail Holow, I thought was for Military and the people that live around me aren't Military !

The people that live under me found out that I did not have to pay a deposit or pet deposit, so they have hated me from day one !

They do not explained during the incoming brief. That even if you have three kids,
your Kids have to be a certain age in order to have separate bedrooms. I have three a five y/o girl and a 4 y/o boy and a 2y/o boy
In a two bedroom Apartment, with 1,235 sq.feet toal !


Comparing downtown properties, I know people that have lived in some ---- holes around town and then came to Quail Hollow and they would do anything to move back into that ---- hole then live here !

When I moved in you could see the abuse by the resident before me, PUBIC HAIR around my toilet and bathtub, I told Quail Hollow Staff during the walk through to clean my apartment fully , I WAS TOLD THAT I COULD CLEAN IT MY SELF ! I found Much more than that, belive me you don't wanna know ! I had a ass hole inspect my apartment in walk through, and it was never reported about the PUBIC HAIR FOUND AND THE OTHER THINGS FOUND !

And I have went over the staff at Quail Hollow about this with higher staff, and I still have problems, reporting does'nt do anything !

Im in the same boat, dyess conciders it ADIQUATE houseing so you cannot move on base, it is FAR from adiquate, you can get the same down town for $200-300 less and still move on base. On base you get a house also not some crap APT
