I moved in to Quail Hollow in Nov 2006. My wife and I moved from Alaska where Apartments there are alot more expensive, so Quail Hollow wasn't to bad. But, then we saw the prices of nearby apartments, ALOT cheaper by $200-$300 a month. So then my Wife and I went to get on the Base Housing list, NOPE because the call "Quail Hollow" Adiquate Housing. So I guess a 1200 sq apartment, For $742 a month & utilitys is the same as a HOUSE on base w/o utilitys hmm,
ALL THE HORRORS AND TALES ARE TRUE!!!!
DON'T LET ANYONE TELL YOU OTHERWISE!!!!
DO YOUR HOMEWORK BEFORE SIGNING!!!!!

Because Quail Hollow is privitzed house (the entire DoD is moving towards)if you are housed at Quail Hollow is is concidered base housing. Do YOUR homework on the price. If you look at the space, location, and emenities QH is a good deal. If you want to move on base move somewhere else in town and then go back to the houseing office.
