Parking is ok. As long as you dont drive a large vehicle, the spots are narrow, and the poles that hold up the car port are in a bad spot. You have to pull your vehicle forward over the curb to get out of the drivers, or passenger door, depending on where the pole is located, and if you have a 4 door vehicle you will have to pull back to let anyone in the rear doors. The 3 bedroom townhomes are not that well insulated. You could hear you neighbors talking, and if they have a loud tv, or stereo forget not wanting to hear what they are listenting too. You can even hear them having sex. The overall appearance of the community is decent. The only bad thing that I have seen is that when the wind blows, (and yes this is West Texas) the trash cans have no lids, so you will see alot of trash blowing around the place. Safety well this might as well be base housing. There are a few minor problems, but for the most part the kids run around with little to no supervision, and non of the parents seem concerned about it. I would have to say that the construction could have been better. The carpets are cheap, the walls are cheap, the insulation needs to be redone. The doors have nice gaps between the walls, or the floor depending on your house.
