I lived at Quail Hollow for a short time. If you have a big family, and you need an apartment; these would be the ones. Very Spacious, Family Friendly Neighbors. We had a few problems with the apartment itself. The smoke alarm would go off at odd hours during the night (occasionaly) and even after changing the batteries it would still go off... Noticed that it was installed incorrectly and there was no way to fix it. Apartment has wood ants. With it being a new community there were bound to be wood ants. But, we couldnt leave food out or in the babinets even our bread we had to keep in the fridge. I had two small children and they did get bit by the ants, after I contacted maintance about the ant problem they came in and did their thing and the ants still came back. I finally bought some spray and did it myself and none the less the ants were still inside. We lived on the 2nd floor and I know the people below us had to have the same aunt problem. Overall the apartment complex is very nice and very spacious... I would rent with them again!
