Me and my roommate lived there for a year and both moved out because we both moved back to the Dallas area. When we finally got our move-out Statement they inform us that they had to replace the kitchen window screen ($30), from when my roommate had to break into our own house cause they crappy door handle wouldn't unlock. They also charged us an outrageous amount to "recarpet" the whole townhouse. When the upstairs didn't have to be replaced. And to top it all off, they charged us $160 to clean it. When they told me what they had to clean they listed: "the blinds, the fridge, all the appliances, recleaning the bathrooms, the floors, and to top it all of, the kitchen cabinets (inside and out). First of all, who cleans the inside of their kitchen cabinets' Seriously' Second of all, the bathrooms we're spotless when we moved out.
We should have listened to everybody when they told us not to move into Quail Hollow because they rip you off and overcharge you.
Just an FYI, if you are moving out anytime soon, make sure you clean every little piece of that apartment. Or they will charge you almost $1000.
