I moved in July 2008. Just before a new company took over.
I was nervous about this but that completely changed when everything was said and done.
For me, Rent is reasonable and so are is the Trash/water addendum.
The entire complex is completely renovated. The grounds are beautiful and now the complex features an excellent fitness center.
The office staff is kick a$$! the manager is sociable and helpful. When I had trouble with to much noise (I work at night and sleep during the day) she was on it immediately. If I ever had a problem or question, all staff was completely knowledgeable.
Maintenance has changed completely. Any and all problems I had were fixed on the same day that I filed a work order. The maintenance man is also quite friendly and knows what he is doing :)
A lot of the people who live here, that I have met, are very nice also.
Uh...not sure what to say about bugs as I have never had a HUGE problem with bugs (but that should tell you how clean everything is) I DID have a small roach problem at the start of me living here. But that was because of the apartment above me but that cleared up not long after I moved in and since then, no bugs.
I love my little 1B/1B and will be very sad when i must leave for any reason.
