I lived in Riatta Ranch for about six months, and everyday I wished I had looked else where. I always liked the way they looked outside, and when I was given a tour and shown a room I was impressed. I requested a downstairs apartment, but 2 days before I moved they told me they had leased it out and I was going to be in an upstairs apartment. The apartment I got looked nothing like the one they had shown me. It wasn't the best loking apartment. There were a lot of things that was wrong with the apartment, and maintainace took forever, and everytime I went to the office, the leasing manager was either arguing with a resident. Once I came in during office hours and the assistant manager was in a bathing suit doing office work and leasing. The office team was rude, and racist. I would not recommend this comlex to anyone. A lot of the people that have lived there, complained about the services, one person swore never to sign a lease with BH Management. I don't think I will either.
