Don't be fooled by the nice apartment they show you, my apartment needed A LOT of maintenance when I moved in, as did the two apartments of friends of mine. One of my friends had a two-bath, but one of the showers never worked from the day she moved in. Another had a front door with a broken dead bolt which took weeks of haggling to get fixed. My bathroom had water damage and tears in the linoleum, and our sliding glass door wouldn't even latch half of the time- again, we bugged the office every day for weeks until finally the screws attaching the handle broke in two from us having to slam it so hard, and the handle came off altogether- they finally came to fix it then. To their credit, the maintenance workers are nice, work long hours, and usually do a good job, there are just not enough of them to do the work that a complex of this size needs. The managers and office workers are rude and always act exasperated when you come in and interrupt their work. That is, in the rare times when the office is actually open. Most days the office, which has posted hours of 8am-6pm M-F, closes around 11 or 12 with a sign in the window that says "Closed for auditing". Usually there is no one even in the office at all when it is "closed for auditing" and they don't answer the phone either. There is often trash in the breezeways, once there were two dirty diapers in our breezeway that stayed there for over a week. The light in our breezeway was on some nights and off some nights. I work until 1am, and there were many times I had to come home and walk through a very dark breezeway to get to my apartment. Overall, I would not recommend living here to anyone. I've heard good things about Riatta from people who lived there before me, but since they changed management everything has just fallen apart. Maybe they will get it worked out eventually, just do your research.
