The one positive thing I can say about this apartment is...it was cheap enough. However, you are definitely getting what you pay for! First of all, the apartment was left DISGUSTING - and we had to spend an entire day cleaning it before we could even move in. The place is old and not well taken care of. Anytime we would pack a bag to leave for the weekend, our clothes would STINK like mildew (which was the smell inside the apartment). Gross! Also - our bathtub was rusted completely through, so it leaked unless you took a shower. Our disposal in the kitchen backed up SEVERAL times, and *we* had to fix it...because we got tired of waiting for days for someone to show up. The man's water heater from the apartment above ours exploded during the night one night, so we woke up to water coming through the ceiling fans and running down the walls from the vents. A huge mess - which only made the apartment stink worse. Overall...not a good experience. We only lived here because it was in close proximity to ACU, and it was cheap. I do not recommend it, though. I have had an amazing experience at Riatta Ranch, they have new management and the repair guys were there within 24 hours if not less than that.
