I just signed another lease at Riatta Ranch. I had a few maintance problems, but nothing that was serious, and everytime I turned in a request they atleast attempted to fix the problem within 24 hours. There is a genuine concern for the residents. For living by ACU this is the best there is for your money. The other apartments around do not compare in any way. You could live across the street for 40 bucks cheaper, but when you add your cable over there that you get for free at Riatta you are at the same place. I would look in to Riatta Ranch. You can tell that they are doing something right when they have a waiting list of people wanting the apartments.
