I can't believe that such a wonderful property has such a fool for maintenance guy. Everytime I see him he has a beer in his hand! Even during regular work hours! There is a pool light hanging by the electrical cord sitting on the outside of the pool! It's supposed to be installed in the pool. He has no clue how to maintain anything. Whenever the pool gets dirty he shocks it and closes it down for days on end instead of actually "maintaining" the pool. The office staff is alright I guess. They are never really there. I like my place but this is just ridiculus.

The maintenance guy never gets most the the service requests because of the office not getting them to him. I've had to call in the same problem for 3 weeks, and I ran into him once and asked him and he said he had not gotten anything about it. Went to the office again and they said, we'll put it down. That was only the 10th time. I called the main office and complained and it was fixed the next day. That's the way to do it.
