i've lived at this place for two years and it's a good place. but there isn't a sauna or a workout room. they do pay the cable and water bills though. the way the places are set up you don't have to worry about disdurbing your neighbors though. lots of little bastard kids though that run around a yell a lot and have been breaking windows as of late. anyway this is a great place to live imo and the management is really nice and will work with you.
