I am a resident of this neighborhood and beem living here for about a year. It is a pretty quiet neighborhood with quiet residents. I used to not have a problem with the neighborhood until recently when I had both my cars vandalized. My car stereo/CD player was taken twice from one of my cars and someone deeply scratched my driverside window to a point that I had to pay to replace it. If you are looking to live in this area I recommend getting an apartment that has a view of your car(s).
