My first place by myself so I may rate higher than deserved.

However, overall experience was not too bad!

I actually miss my little apartment with no central air and my gas stove and tiny kitchen.

The complex is old and wearing down, but maintenance and management work hard to keep it up and running. The staff was nice and the neighbors minded their own business.

If you don't care about looks and luxury, a nice quiet place to rest yourself after a long day's work.
