hey spanish village was bought by a new company now it is hartford place. it is alot better. you should move here, it is a nice place to live.

Hartford Place can in no way be compared to Spanish Village. The new corporation took over a little over four years ago and it is much, much better than before. After some miscues by managers who did not quite measure up, we now have a wonderful staff that takes great care of our complex. Tammy, the manager, and Mary her assistant, came here in August of 2007 and have done wonders. They were transferred here from another apartment complex, and really know their stuff. They make you follow the rules, but that's what makes it a good place to live. ApartmentRatings.com needs to update its records so that this place is no longer compared with the horrible Spanish Village.
