I'm actually very satisfied with my apartment. The office people have always been very nice to us. I will admit that the crime rate here is ridiculous, but every apartment is going to have it's problems. I've been reading the reviews about other apartments and they all seem to share alot of the same concerns: water always turning off, disrespectful neihbors, maintnence not taking care of what needs to be taken care of....I know the water turns off at some inconvienant times, but you need to realize that it's probably because a few of the idiots that live here keep messing up the pipelines. This complex has had an exceedingly horrible reputation, despite that they have cleaned up considerably. They have evected over half of the tennants who were the main problems, and they are still doing they're best to get ride of the rest. My main concerns, however, does lie with the towing company. My father came by for less than 5 min, and they pulled around the corner. When they saw him heading towards the car,no joke, they jumped out and ran to place those stupid plates on his wheels. He argued with them and they told him that the reason they do this is to stop drug deals, but if he left the car on with the lights flashing they would not tow because they would know that they would be leaving soon.wtf' so how does that stop drug deals''' It wouldn't, they just enjoy ripping people off. Also, the maintance people do not take care of things and IF they do, they do a poor job. Other than that this is a great place for me and my boyfriend.As for the crime: Don't start nothing, there won't be nothing. :]]
