I lived there the 2005-2006 academic year, and absolutely loved it. The staff is always there to help when needed and maintenance was never an issue. They are a little small and pricey, but after liveing at Riatta Ranch down the road for 6 months,and getting stuck with my roommates half of the lease when he skipped out on me, the bottom line was it was about the same, and much quieter than Riatta. I was worried that I would be treated like I was in the dorms, but the staff does not interefere or do bed checks. For the convenience of walking to class,the security of knowing the ACU police patroled at night,and being responsible for only my part of the lease, I would definately recommend it to any student.
