I've lived here over 2 years and have nothing but problems, especially since management changed.
Here is a list of problesm: termites, rusted appliances, electrical problems, plumbing issues are constant. When requests are made for alternate refrigerator because mine is full of rust, maintenance came in and painted over the rust.
They have new updates but charge you up to $150 per month if you want new appliances, carpet and fixtures.
When you call management, expect to get a recording. If you have an emergency don't think you will be called soon.
You also must give a 60 day notice when moving, rather then 30 days, which is a real problem as most people need a shorter notice.
They also are billed from a California company and each month you rent changes.
Save yourself the grief and find another place.

I don't see what keeps the city health and building inspection from shutting down fire traps like this. We had the misfortune of living there too, from '05 to '07. The worst 18 months of our lives. Mice were rampant! I hope you can get out of that mess soon, and I hope the city takes a long hard look at that situation.

I don't know what you are talking about. I got new appliances and new carpet, new faucets, fixtures and stainless steel sinks, wood blinds, paint and new everything in mine and it was only $100.00 more a month. You know you can get all brand new applainces for only $25.00 more a month. As far as the management goes I have been down there several times and they are wonderful girls! They do not anwser the phone while they have someone in the office that they are speaking too. And maybe it's just me, but why would you stay somewhere for two years if it was that bad? I highly reccomend the Warwick!
