I moved into the Warwick apartments in June 2006 and stayed until I had to relocate out of state in 2008. During that time I certainly experienced some maintenance problems, and even sometimes had to remind management to take care of them, but they WERE always taken care of to my satisfaction. The apartment was clean, vermin-free (I swear I never saw so much as an ant anywhere in my apartment, and I am utterly PHOBIC about bugs!), and spacious. They repainted the walls for me when I moved in, and I was so grateful for covered parking when the first hailstorm hit.

There were some noise problems in my building (#4). There's a family across the fence with a dog that barks all day and all night, and at one point there was a non-stop frat party going on downstairs. Those guys got their three warnings and were evicted in under two months. Otherwise, with the exception of some noisy kids in the evenings, the place is quiet, especially during the night.

Parking is great, the grounds are well-maintained and Jenn, Janet and Jeff have always been friendly and helpful to me. But then, I was always polite and friendly with them, so perhaps rude tenants won't have the same experience. Jeff is the only maintenance guy who was there the whole time, and he knows the place well. He is thorough, polite, and leaves the place the way he found it when he's done.

All in all, no, it wasn't a perfect experience, but coming from someone who's been renting for over 13 years, this one was above average. I was sad to leave it behind! vWhRVi5nYYIuEh4W7K3l
