Dishonest Billing

I lived at Willow Crest for about 4 months and had not complaints. However, upon moving out, they charged me for damage that did not exist. Nonetheless, I paid the bill EXCEPT for the $10 for the parking permit which they claimed I did not return, but which I did. But rather be satisfied that they got everything they wanted except for $10, they then engaged a collection agency.
