You get what you pay for - Okay for a short stay. Good luck getting your deposit back. I had my carpet professionally cleaned and also made some repairs to damage I didn't cause. I moved out in January 2009 and still no deposit return. Not so Ideal. Great cheap place to live, but i don't think it's safe.
Someone told me that they busted people dealing drugs below them. I'd rather not live somewhere where people are dealing drugs. Although it's great that they did get busted for it.

Great place to live! I have lived at Canterbury for 1.5 years. It has been a great place to live so far. The office staff is very helpful. The maintenance staff usually gets to the issue promptly. The grounds are kept up and the neighbors are polite. Any issue I have had here has been handled
