I have lived in these apartments for three months,I live in a two bedroom and two bath flat. The highest my electric bill has ever been was $93.00. So I don't understand where you people are coming up with $300 for a one bedroom, If you live in the townhouses the eletric is going to be higher because of the vaulted ceilings. I love the floor plan, the apartment, and the staff! The only complaint is parking but if a family of four didn't have six cars to their apartment this wouldn't be an issue! Or if the hanidcap person didn't save their friend a spot then move their vechile to the reserved spot this wouldn't be a problem as well.

And as far as the property outside looking crappy, this is all in part to parents needing to control their out of control children. These people let their kids run all over the place and do what ever they want so they won't be in the house, the kids have no manners and destroy everything they touch! I have seen kids as young as two just running around bare footed, And they seem to be having more everytime you turn around, take care of the ones you have first!

I do enjoy my apartment and the staff and there are a few good apples in the bunch, but the rotten ones will always out weight the good ones, if we want to live in a nice place lets first start with ourselves and our own apartments and control your children!

Ask not what your apartments can do for you, ask what you can do for your aprtments!

I???m very weary of this review. This seems much like a staff review, written under false pretenses. I could most definitely see their staff creating such false propaganda, instead of tending to real issues on the property. Such as the broken gate, or the pool that was supposed to be open by the 4th of July followed by the next week, followed by the week after next followed by ???I don???t know??? {you get my drift} This person knows too much about everyone???s issues not to be a part of management. Nice try ladies but you fool no one. ??? Kind of odd to see only one positive review subliminally hitting on all issues everyone else had. *Everyone???s complaint there is the lack of attention from management, and high energy cost. I challenge any potential new tenant to visit this place during the 1st when most people are dropping off rent and issuing their complaints about such The proof will be all in the pudding.
